In the field of industrial automation and material handling, accessories such as guide discs, support rings, and buffer rings are indispensable for optimizing the performance and longevity of conveyor systems.
Together, these accessories enhance the reliability, precision, and safety of conveyor systems, making them essential for achieving smooth and efficient material handling operations in your projects.
Skate wheels are accessories that allow smooth, and controlled movement of goods in conveyor and storage systems. They are used in the following areas:
Plastic Wheels of the type 610 and 611 (guide flange) have a load capacity of 100 N.
They are available for shaft diameters of 6 mm or 8 mm. They are used in all areas of conveyor- and storage technology:

Universal rollers are ideal for applications where products need to be turned, sorted, diverted, or picked. Some examples are flat containers, load carriers, and cartons. Thanks to their modular design, surfaces of any size can be created. The spacing between rollers or rails is determined by the size and weight of the items being conveyed.
To avoid overloading, each diameter has been assigned a maximum weight. the following maximum weights per roller should not be exceeded:
The universal rollers can withstand temperatures ranging from -12°C to +80°C. For the best performance, they should always be installed in the forward conveying direction, as rolling resistance is slightly higher in the opposite direction. If consistent resistance in all directions is needed, the rollers can be installed at a 90° offset to one another.
The universal roller, consisting of a single part (type 620), is a simplified, and compact component with a fixed geometry.

B | 26 | 37 | 47 | 60 |
C | 29 | 39 | 48 | 64 |
The universal roller, consisting of a double part (type 625), is more complex than the single part version. It has a rotating outer ring or casing. The moving parts enable enhanced flexibility.

Guide flanges are crucial for maintaining the alignment of conveyed materials on rollers and rails, ensuring they stay on the desired path and preventing deviations that could disrupt the workflow. There are two types of guide flanges available: type A and type B.

Backup rings, also known as support rings, provide additional structural stability, distributing weight evenly and reducing wear on the rollers, which is essential for maintaining system efficiency and durability.
